Bela Bajaria, CHIEF CONTENT OFFICER

Bela Bajaria was named Chief Content Officer of Netflix in January 2023. Previous roles at Netflix include Head of Global TV and VP of Content where she managed all series across Europe, the Middle East, Türkiye, Africa, India, Asia, and Latin America like ‘La Casa de Papel’, ‘The Witcher’ and Emmy® winner ‘Squid Game’. When Bela joined Netflix in 2016, she oversaw unscripted programming including Emmy® winner ‘Queer Eye’, ‘Nailed It!’ and ‘Tidying Up with Marie Kondo.’ Bela was previously President of Universal Television. Past honors include THR’s Women in Entertainment list, Variety’s LA Women’s Impact Report, TIME’s 100 Most Influential People of 2022, and Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. Bela serves on the LA Board of Governors for the Paley Center, the board of LA’s Saban Community Clinic and the Board of Trustees for Meridian International Center.

Wade Davis, Vice President, Inclusion Strategy

Wade Davis was named Vice President of Inclusion Strategy in October 2023. Prior to joining Netflix in 2019, he played in the NFL and served as the NFL's inaugural LGBT inclusion consultant. Wade established his consulting company, collaborating with Google, P&G, 21st Century Fox, the NHL, and others. He's a UN Women Global Impact Champion, a Ms. Foundation for Women and MeToo International board member, and a former adjunct professor at Rutgers University and NYU. In 2012, Wade served as a surrogate for President Obama. He graduated from Weber State University with a B.S. in business administration and received an honorary Doctor of Public Service degree from Northeastern University.

Sergio Ezama, CHIEF TALENT OFFICER

Sergio Ezama was named Chief Talent Officer of Netflix in September 2021. He was previously Global Chief Talent Officer at PepsiCo in addition to serving as Chief Human Resources Officer for global functions and groups. Sergio joined PepsiCo in 2001, serving in a variety of talent leadership roles across the US, Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America. He holds a B.S. in law and a master’s in juridical practice, and human resources management from University of Deusto. Sergio also holds a master’s in health and safety management from Instituto Europeo de Salud y Bienestar Social. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s General Management Program.

Maria Ferreras, Global Head of Partnerships

Maria Ferreras was named Global Head of Partnerships in February 2021. In this role, she oversees all partnerships for Netflix. Maria previously served as Vice President, Business Development for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to joining Netflix in 2017, she worked at Google for 10 years as Director of Partnerships for YouTube for Southern Europe and emerging markets. She has also served in a number of leadership and senior management roles for multinational companies such as Lycos, Orange and Telecom Italia. Maria holds a master's in telecom engineering, a postgraduate in marketing and a corporate governance certificate from Harvard Business School.

Dean Garfield, Vice President, Public Policy

Dean Garfield was named Vice President of Public Policy in 2019. In this role, he works to build and strengthen global public policy expertise. Previously, Dean served as President and CEO of the Information Technology Industry Council, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategic Officer for the Motion Picture Association, and Vice President of Legal Affairs at the Recording Industry Association of America. He was appointed by President Obama and then re-appointed by President Trump to the President’s Trade Advisory Council and was appointed to the Department of Transportation Advisory Committee on Automation. Dean received a joint degree from New York University School of Law and the Woodrow Wilson School of Public Administration and International Affairs at Princeton University. He was a Ford-Rockefeller and Root-Tilden-Snow scholar.

Reed Hastings, Founder and Executive Chairman

Reed Hastings became Executive Chairman of Netflix in 2023 after 25 years as CEO. He co-founded Netflix in 1997. In 1991, Reed founded Pure Software, which made tools for software developers. After a 1995 IPO, and several acquisitions, Pure was acquired by Rational Software in 1997. Reed is an active educational philanthropist and served on the California State Board of Education from 2000 to 2004. He is currently on the board of several educational organizations including KIPP and Pahara. Reed is also a board member of The City Fund and Bloomberg. He received a B.A. from Bowdoin College in 1983, and an M.S.C.S. in artificial intelligence from Stanford University in 1988. Between Bowdoin and Stanford, Reed served in the Peace Corps as a high school math teacher.

David Hyman, Chief Legal Officer

David Hyman is Chief Legal Officer for Netflix, responsible for all legal and public policy matters for the company. He has served in this capacity since 2002 and also serves as the company’s Secretary. Prior to Netflix, David was the General Counsel of Webvan, an online internet retailer, having previously held the role of senior corporate counsel. He also practiced law at Morrison & Foerster in San Francisco and Arent Fox in Washington, DC. David earned his JD and Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Virginia.

Eunice Kim, CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER

Eunice Kim was named Chief Product Officer in October 2023. She previously led the company’s global Consumer Product Innovation team. Eunice joined Netflix in early 2021 after having spent 10 years in product leadership roles at Google Play and YouTube. Prior to Google, she worked at several tech startups as well as PepsiCo and Adobe Systems. Eunice holds a B.A. from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She serves on the Board of Directors for Cure CMD.

Minyoung Kim, Vice President, CONTENT FOR ASIA (EX-INDIA)

Minyoung Kim was named Vice President of Content for Asia (ex-India) in June 2021. In this role, she oversees all films and series for the region, including Emmy® winner ‘Squid Game,’ ‘Girl From Nowhere,’ and ‘The Naked Director.’ She joined Netflix in 2016 as one of the first content executives based in Asia, building Netflix’s slate of Korean original series, in addition to helping open our Korean office. Prior to Netflix, Min led Twitter’s Content Partnerships across the Asia Pacific region. She started her career at Creative Leaders Group Eight Inc. and built her expertise in international business while working at NBC Universal (France) and CJ E&M (Korea).

Marian Lee, CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

Marian Lee was named Chief Marketing Officer of Netflix in March 2022 after joining Netflix the year prior in the role of Vice President of Marketing for the US and Canada. Previously, she spent eight years at Spotify, where she served as Vice President & Co-Head of Music; Vice President, Global Head of Artist & Label; and held various other positions leading the Global Consumer Marketing & Creator Marketing teams. Marian has also worked at some of the world’s leading brands in fashion and entertainment, including Condé Nast and J.Crew. She began her career at PwC as a management consultant in the Retail & Consumer Products division. Marian holds a B.A. in psychology from Barnard College, Columbia University.

Spencer Neumann, Chief Financial Officer

Spencer Neumann was named CFO of Netflix in January 2019. Previously, he served as Activision Blizzard’s CFO after holding a number of positions at The Walt Disney Company, including CFO and Executive Vice President of Global Guest Experience of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, Executive Vice President of the ABC Television Network and CFO of the Walt Disney Internet Group. Spencer also worked at the private equity firms of Providence Equity Partners and Summit Partners. He holds a B.A. in economics from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University. Pablo Perez De Rosso, VICE PRESIDENT, STRATEGY, PLANNING & ANALYSIS, CONTENT FINANCE

Pablo Perez De Rosso was named Vice President of Strategy, Planning & Analysis and Content Finance in November 2021. He joined Netflix in 2012 as one of the first executives dedicated to our Latin American business. Previously, Pablo was a Director of Business Development & Strategy for Universal Pictures. He started his career at MGM Studios and also helped theatrical exhibition company Cinepolis launch its operations in India. Before working in media/entertainment, Pablo spent five years as an investment banker for Lazard and as a consultant for LECG, now part of Compass Lexecon. Pablo earned his M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Argentina.

Greg Peters, CO-CEO

Greg Peters was named co-CEO of Netflix in January 2023. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Officer. Earlier, Greg was International Development Officer for Netflix. Prior to joining Netflix in 2008, he was Senior Vice President of consumer electronics products for Macrovision Solutions Corp. Francisco Ramos, Vice President, Latin American Content

Francisco Ramos was named Vice President of Latin American Content in October 2018. Since joining Netflix in 2017, he has worked on titles including Elite, La casa de las flores, El Reino and ¡Que viva México!. Francisco started his career in Spain working for Grupo Zeta, a major media corporation, and at Antena 3 Television, running acquisitions, productions and programming. He then moved to Aurum Producciones, the Spanish distributor for New Line, Morgan Creek, Spyglass, and Miramax films, amongst others. He left to become an independent producer and continued producing projects for Grupo Zeta’s audiovisual arm.

Amy Reinhard, President of Advertising

Amy Reinhard was named President of Advertising in October 2023 after leading Netflix’s Studio Operations for three years. In that role, she oversaw physical production, production facilities management and creative services. Amy joined Netflix in 2016 as Vice President, Content Acquisition, where she led global live-action and animation production, production facilities management, global studio licensing for films and television series as well as local language acquisitions. Prior to Netflix, she was the President of Worldwide TV Licensing and Distribution for Paramount Pictures, where she held various strategy, finance, and operational roles over ten years. She started her career at Revolution Studios. Amy holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Ted Sarandos, Co-CEO

Ted Sarandos was named co-CEO of Netflix in July 2020. He has been responsible for all content operations since 2000, and led the company's transition into original content production that began in 2013 with the launch of the series ‘House of Cards,’ ‘Arrested Development’ and ‘Orange Is the New Black’ among numerous others. Ted was named one of Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People of 2013 and received the Producers Guild of America Milestone Award in 2019. Elizabeth Stone, CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Since joining Netflix in 2014, he has overseen the creative executives behind shows such as 'Lupin' (France), 'The Empress' (Germany), and 'La Casa de Papel' (Spain); and films such as 'Troll' (Norway) and 'All Quiet on the Western Front' (Germany). Larry previously served as CEO of Michael Eisner's digital studio Vuguru (now Tornante Television), CEO of LivePlanet, and held senior positions at AOL Time Warner and Mercer Management Consulting. Mike Verdu was named Vice President of Games in July 2021. Before joining Netflix, he served as Vice President of Content for Facebook Reality Labs (now Meta). Prior to Facebook, Mike ran most of EA's mobile gaming studios as SVP, EA Mobile, and was President of Studios at Kabam after joining that company through the acquisition of his mobile game start-up TapZen. He was also Chief Creative Officer and Co-President of Games for Zynga, after leading EA's Los Angeles Studio working on RTS and FPS games.

Rachel Whetstone was named CCO of Netflix in August 2018. She has nearly 20 years experience working on communications and policy issues for US technology companies. Rachel joined Google in 2005 and served as Senior Vice President of Communications & Public Policy from 2011 to 2015. She held the same position at Uber from 2015 to 2017, before joining Facebook as a Vice President of Communications. Rachel is a graduate of Bristol University and spent the first half of her career working in UK politics as a policy advisor, including at the Interior Ministry.

Richard Barton

As Chief Executive Officer of Zillow Group, Rich leads the company’s work to transform how people buy, sell, rent and finance homes. Rich co-founded Zillow in 2005 and served as CEO until 2010, when he became the company’s executive chairman. He returned as CEO in early 2019.

Before Zillow, Rich founded Expedia within Microsoft in 1994 and successfully spun the company out as a public company in 1999. He served as president, CEO and board director of Expedia from 1999 until 2003. He also co-founded and served as non-executive chairman of Glassdoor from 2007 to 2018.

Rich was a venture partner at Benchmark from 2005 until 2018. He’s served on many public company boards and continues to be a director of Qurate Retail, Inc., Artsy, and Zillow Group, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering: Industrial Economics from Stanford University.

Mathias Döpfner born 1963, is the Chairman, CEO and a 22% shareholder of Axel Springer SE in Berlin.

Axel Springer is one of the leading digital publishers in the US with brands such as INSIDER, MORNING BREW, and POLITICO. And the largest European media outlet with publications like WELT, BILD, and Upday.

Mathias studied German literature, theater, and musicology in Frankfurt and Boston. He started his career as a journalist in 1982. And joinedAxel Springer SE in 1998, initially as editor-in-chief of WELT. He has been CEO since January 2002 and focused on the digital transformation of the company ever since. Under his leadership, Axel Springer introduced paid content models and diversified revenue streams through strategic investments. Today, over 80% of the group’s revenues come from its digital activities.

Strive is the Chairman and founder of Econet Group, a telecommunications and technology group with operations and investments in 29 countries mostly in Africa, and Europe. Strive serves on several international boards including Unilever Plc, National Geographic Society, Asia Society, and the Global Advisory boards of Bank of America, the Council on Foreign Relations (in the US), Stanford University, and the Prince of Wales Trust for Africa, and is a longstanding board member of the United States Holocaust Museum’s Committee on Conscience. Ann Mather has served as a member of our board of directors since 2010. Ms. Mather has also been a member of the board of directors of: Bumble Inc., a location-based social application that facilitates communication between interested users, since 2020; Alphabet, Inc. since 2005, and serves as a chair of its audit committee; and Blend Labs, Inc., a cloud-based software platform company.

Ambassador Rice has a long history of public service and is the only person to serve as both National Security Advisor and Domestic Policy Advisor to the President of the United States. Ambassador Rice also served as U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations and a member of the President’s cabinet. She was also a Distinguished Visiting Research Fellow at American University’s School of International Service, Non-Resident Senior Fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, a New York Times bestselling author, and Contributing Opinion Writer for the New York Times.

Previously, Ambassador Rice held positions as US Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs and as a Special Assistant to President Clinton and was a Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution. Ambassador Rice began her career as a management consultant.

She has served on numerous boards, including the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, The Bureau of National Affairs, The National Democratic Institute, and the US Fund for UNICEF.

Rice earned her master’s degree and doctorate in international relations from Oxford University, where she was a Rhodes Scholar, and her Bachelor’s degree with honors from Stanford University. A native of Washington, DC, Ambassador Rice is married and has two adult children.

Brad Smith

Brad Smith has served as one of the Company's directors since March 2015. Mr. Smith joined Microsoft in 1993 and has served as Vice Chair and President since 2021. In this role at Microsoft, Smith plays a key role in representing the company externally and in leading the company's work on a number of critical issues including privacy, security, accessibility, environmental sustainability and digital inclusion, among others. He spent three years leading the company's legal and corporate affairs team in Europe and five years as deputy general counsel responsible for such teams outside the U.S. His area of expertise includes competition law, intellectual property, government surveillance and privacy.
